Le Taha'a Private Island Spa

Le Taha'a Private Island Spa is a traditional Polynesian style hotel only 5 minutes by private boat from main island of Taha'a. It is a member of the Pearl Resorts.

Le Taha'a Private Island Spa offers 48 Overwater Suites and 12 Beach Suites more than a hundred square meters each. All are perfect for a honeymoon or romantic getaway.

Located on Motu Tautau on the coral reef, the resort faces the island of Taha'a on the lagoon side and offers an unsurpassed view on Bora Bora island on the ocean side.

Le Taha'a Private Island Spa accommodations have private patio and tropical gardens, private swimming pools (beach suites), spacious lounge and terrace, private deck with direct access to the lagoon (overwater bungalows).

Each accommodation has ceiling fan, air-conditioning, coffee/tea facilities, mini bar, hair dryer, safety box, television, DVD & CD player and IDD telephone.

The public areas are built in the trees, providing an exquisite view on the lagoon and Taha'a Island.

There are 3 restaurants : one adjacent the pool and beach, the other 2 in the heart of the resort among the trees : the main one for buffet and polynesian show and the other for fine dining. Besides the wide range of activities and excursions available in Raiatea & Taha'a.

Activities:

The Taha'a features a fresh water swimming pool. The pool is just next to the beach and is surrounded by decked and tiled areas with lounge chairs. It is serviced throughout the day by a pool bar and restaurant La Plage.

There are jet skis, water ski, 1 tennis court lighted at night. Petanque (Bacci ball) area, volleyball court, beach jacuzzi.

Le Taha'a Manea Spa nestles in the shade of a coconut grove between the meandering waters of a small lake and the lagoon.

It is built from natural materials in pure Polynesian style to ensure that it merges perfectly with its motu environment. In effect, it forms the strong point, one could almost say of the nerve endings, of Taha'a Pearl Beach Resort.

The spa complex is made up of twin massage rooms beside the lake, a double massage room with jacuzzi giving directly onto the lake as well as a double open-air Vichy-shower (a shower taken reclining on a table as water jets play along the length of the body).
